Our process:
We grind the floor with heavy grinding planetary machines using metal and resin diamond pads, the finest in the market. Our grinding process involves 8-12 step process plus our secret final process which brings the concrete to an unbelievable reflective shine. We use the best densifiers/hardeners and sealers to produce the concrete floors.

Acid staining
Acid Stain is not a paint or coating agent, rather, it’s a coloring process involving a chemical reaction on a cementitious material. A solution made with water, acid and inorganic salts reacts with minerals already present in the concrete, the result of this reaction is color. Acid Stain can be applied to walks, entrances, driveways, living rooms, bathrooms, patios, high traffic areas and even vertically to any cementitious surface. It creates beautiful colors on concrete, mostly earthtone. Acid Stain gives concrete the effect of marble look.

Concrete overlays/microtoppings
Overlays for concrete are designed to add a new and refreshing look to the substrate they are applied to. They cover dull, drab concrete surfaces, or even wood substrates that are otherwise poor candidates for decorative concrete staining and coloring.
Overlays, whether a commercial system or a custom mixed blend, typically combine cement, various aggregates and polymer resins. These resins add additional flexural, abrasion and compressive strength, which virtually eliminates cracking, chipping, freeze-thaw damage, water discoloration and scuff marks.
Applying an overlay on an existing surface provides a new look or a fresh, smooth surface that will deliver clean, consistent color and appeal. But aside from creating a new look or different finish, overlays can also make it unnecessary to tear out an existing slab, saving costs and headaches.
Overlays come in two colors: white and grey
After the installation is done, we can offer you coloring the new overlay with acid stain, dyes, or water-based stains. We can also score lines, make designs and make your floors a piece of art. |
